Blue Northern Distributing, a leading logistics provider, has an immediate opening for a Second Shift Warehouse Worker to join our growing team. Under direction of the Warehouse Lead, the Warehouse Worker’s role is to participate in the receiving, loading, moving, processing, and storage of BND dairy products. This would be a full-time benefit eligible position, M-F schedule, 30-40 hours per week with a starting time of 5 PM. Duties • Prepare orders by accurately pulling products and staging in the loading area • Load and unload refrigerated trailers along with processing the accompanying paperwork • Inspect and document discrepancies for all deliveries, inbound shipments, and inter-warehouse transfers • Assist in managing, organizing, and moving stock in the refrigerated warehouse Qualifications • Demonstrates initiative, exercise sound judgment, decision making and leadership skills • High school graduate or equivalent work experience • Experience with power pallet jacks or willingness to learn • Prefer Six (6) months or more experience as a Warehouse Worker We Offer • $16.25 - $17.25 per Hour • 30-40 Hours per Week • Paid Overtime • 90 Day & Annual Salary Increase • Safety Bonus $2000 • Excellent Benefits Package • Retirement Plan (IRA) with Employer Match • Paid Holidays • Promotion Opportunities Considered applicants are required to submit and pre-employment drug test.
