Traffic Control/Labor Scope of Position Traffic Control/Laborer must work cooperatively with associates, customers, and the general public facilitating lane closures, stop and go traffic, and flagging stations Responsibilities • Setup, maintain, and remove temporary work zones including warning signs, traffic cones, and stop/slow paddles • Communicate to ensure that automobiles and pedestrians do not interfere with or pose a danger to laborers and their projects • Perform other general duties, as directed Requirements • Must have the ability to work on a team and to communicate effectively • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time • Hand and arm movement is required • Must be able to work in all weather conditions and tolerate varying climates of heat, cold, and rain • Must obtain a negative drug test result prior to hire and maintain throughout employment • Must have a valid Driver’s License • Must meet employment standards in regards to background checks • Flexible availability to include overtime, night work, and weekends • Comply with Truluck Construction’s policies and safety procedures Benefits • Medical • Dental • Vacation • Bonus Pay • Competitive Pay Please come by office to fill out a complete application Pay is negotiable About Truluck Construction, Inc: Truluck Construction, Inc. is a grading and paving construction company in Charleston, SC since 1936.
