Could really use some mechanical help

So I started my first business back in may, a tow truck company out of salida. I got a loan for a 95 GMC3500HD WITH A TWIN LINE HOLMES BED wheel lift and the infamous 6.5l turbo diesel. Apon driving it home from Nashville tn I discovered at least one crack in either a head or the block it self.with 200k on it and weighing all other options I was able to get another loan for a brand new and improved (no crack)🤞long block. So engine swap. I’m 99% there on that and about ready to put the new one in, I’m also replacing the dash fixing wheel lift and painting the whole truck. The truck is near Florence co at a painter friends who was helping and still is but has other things goin also. I barley have gas money to get back and forth and can not pay you at the moment but if you can help get me goin I’d honor any deal we struck,(free towing ) money whatever.this has to work I have no plan b. Thanks
