A one-of-a-kind conference providing essential information for real estate development in the Minority Communities of OKC.
The inaugural PlaceKeepers Developer’s Conference will take place on Saturday, October 16, 2021, from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Atrium of the Downtown OKC Oklahoma State University Discovery Building located at 300 NE 9th St in Northeast Oklahoma City.
Minority communities in Oklahoma City are in the midst of a renaissance. To ensure that residents and stakeholders participate in the revitalization of their community, Northeast OKC Renaissance Inc. (NEOKCR) created the PlaceKeeper’s Minority Real Estate Developer’s Conference. OKC has already seen several completed or under construction TIF projects in addition to MAPS 4 on the horizon. The PlaceKeepers Real Estate Developer's program will fuel community members to be a part of the anticipated developments.
The goal of this one-of-a-kind conference is to provide essential information for real estate development in the Minority Communities of OKC, and activate a network of local, small-scale developers who are residents and stakeholders.
