Compensation: The rate of pay is based on experience. Employment type: full-time **Drewry Site Development is Hiring Immediately for Concrete Crusher Crew positions** All team members will have the opportunity to advance quickly to heavy equipment operator with training provided. Work is performed outside in a typical construction site environment and you must be willing to travel to job sites during the work week. Safety equipment is provided except for jeans and boots. Regular and overtime hours are provided on a weekly basis. What You Can Expect to Do as a Laborer: • Daily/Weekly safety inspections • Keep work site and crushing area clean with shovel and other tools • Help with cleaning screens and maintenance of the crushing machine • Communicate with other site employees to ensure a safe and efficient operation • Load and unload parts • Break down and setup job site between moves What It Takes to Be Successful in this Role: • Willingness to work hard, learn and grow – no prior experience is necessary • Self-starter, team-player, and safety conscious • Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) speaker preferred • Willingness to travel is essential Please Apply through Drewry Site Development FB "jobs apply" Link or through our Website
