The Maintenance Worker reports directly to the Park Manager and is expected to follow maintenance schedules to assure all areas of the Park are maintained in a clean, attractive, well functioning manner. Must have these qualifications: Maintenance--Landscaping & Grounds, Sewer/Water systems, Swimming Pool knowledge, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting, Mechanical repair, Mowers, Blowers, Trimmers, Irrigation Systems, and lifting heavy supplies and/or equipment. Must be able to follow daily, weekly, monthly, schedules and work request orders submitted from the office w/o supervision.
