Let's Get Healthy Cleveland, Inc presents to you a Community Health and Wellness centered event that focuses on your mind, body, and spirit. Yoga is a form of mind-body fitness that involves a combination of muscular activity and an internally directed mindful focus on awareness of the self, the breath, and energy.
Yoga has many physical benefits, including encouraging relaxation, increasing flexibility and strength, lowering blood pressure, and toning muscles. This practice has also been shown to alleviate arthritis and back pain and boost heart and mental health.
Meditation is the practice of deeply focusing your mind. It can promote relaxation, mindfulness, and a better sense of inner peace.
Come and learn how to incorporate these practices into your daily routine.
This event is free and open to the public. We welcome all ages , however Pre-registration is required.
