Looking for part-time or full-time position for maintenance services in Jacksonville. Applicants must have a flexible schedule and work between the hours of 9am-5pm Monday thru Friday. Under the supervision of the property manager. Responsibilities include but not limited to, perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
