Description
-Assist construction manager with finalizing proposals & some scheduling.
-Assist with locating equipment, part, materials & supplies from vendors.
-Accurately verify shipping & receiving of equipment/inventory.
-Process vendor returns & warranties.
-Register equipment for clients.
-Warehouse operations include inventory, stocking & tool tracking.
-Oversee fleet maintenance program.
-Able to lift 50lbs.
-Ability to operate a forklift. Can train the right individual.
-Clean Driving Record
Knowledge of the HVAC business is desirable. This includes equipment, materials & tools. Self-starter with Great Organizational & Time Management Skills. Computer knowledge is a must along with attention to detail & the ability to communicate clearly with integrity.
Pay: Negotiable depending on experience.
