In this hour long class we will discuss and teach you what you need to do to become a stronger skiier/snowboarder that can not only handle more runs, but handle them with ease. Properly strengthening your body for snow sports involves a lot more than squats, lunges, and deadlifts. Gaining strength specific to your skiing/snowboarding will mean the difference in making that harder run or going for the easy blue. Not only that but having strength in the right areas will help you to stay injury free all season as well.
