Come to the showcase to meet our talented teen entrepreneurs and see what they have created! The Technocopia Essentials of Entrepreneurship program was a free 5 week program for teenagers who reside in Worcester and have an interest in exploring the intersection of art, technology, and entrepreneurship. The participants have been busy working on business ideas and products while also gaining skills in design, fabrication, manufacturing, budgeting and conducting market research. Several guest lecturers and mentors, all of whom own their own small businesses and/or are professionals in their craft or trade, have come into the program to showcase their talents and mentor participants. Join us on Tuesday, Oct 12th at 6pm to see what these talented teen entreprenerus have developed as part of this program! Technocopia is a 501(c)(3) non-profit makerspace located in Worcester, Massachusetts. Our 9,000+ sq. ft. facility offers common work space, rental bays, and a variety of tools for artisans to create and work with. In addition, Technocopia offers STEAM education for youth aged 5 to 17. Our mission is to provide a unique, hands-on learning environment that engages and challenges students both technically and creatively, and provide them with a social atmosphere that inspires exploration. We specialize in crafting unforgettable learning experiences that students will carry along into their academic, creative, and career-driven lives. Technocopia offers daytime, after school and weekend, and school vacation programming. Technocopia can also provide customized workshops and tours for visiting groups.
