In this 6 week course, you will learn how to balance your mind, body and soul! The SLAK/ASCEND 6-Week, 12-hour Wellness Workshop is all about calming the mind, body and spirit for reducing stress and increasing success in all areas of life. In this workshop, Dr. Will will guide you through 12 classes using proven techniques that will aim to improve the Nervous System and increase its connection to all parts of the mind & body. This increased connection results in a calmer, more relaxed, connected and happier individual. Dr. Will will utilize movement, breathwork, meditation, stillness and mindfulness techniques throughout the 6-week course as we work to improve our Nervous System and calm the mind & body. This class is for all-levels of fitness from beginner to advanced. The benefits of using the techniques taught in the SLAK/ASCEND 6-Week Wellness Workshop are: -reduced stress -reduced anxiety -lowered depression -better memory -increased decision making -increased focus -increased confidence -better sleep -better balance Each week will have a focus- jump in on the class you need most or sign up for all 6 weeks!
