Interior Construction company based in the Bronx is seeking a Project Manager with knowledge and understanding of CAD drawings and blueprints, great organizational and communication skills to manage trades and a minimum of 5 years work experience with construction/interior project manager experience. Salary will commensurate upon experience. Must have trade knowledge about plumbing, electrical and HVAC. Responsibilities for Foreman Report project progress to superiors Must be able to read drawings and able to solve on site issues Supervise all construction workers Be the liaison between construction workers and supervisors Ensure materials to be on site Ensure that the project is staying on or under budget
