Are you uncertain about the whole birthing process and what to expect? Come to this class and you’ll gain understanding of the typical birthing process, how to make it more comfortable and meaningful for you, how partners can best help, what to pack, how to create and use a “birth plan” for your preferences, when to go to the hospital, & more! Your ticket includes you and a support partner. Free childcare is also available for those participating. The goal of our Health Education Department is to promote health and wellness for our patients. Our health education staff works in collaboration with Peak Vista providers to offer individualized and group education for patients. Health education is provided by a Registered Dietitian, whose services are available to all Peak Vista patients.
