Urban Veggie, COATI, & The Joint Vegan Street Food are hosting an evening of twinkle lights, yoga, vegan nom noms, & philanthropic goodness! At our event, we will be collecting money and/or physical donations for "The Hanger" at CASA. ***For those of you who don't know— CASA provides ahhhhhmazing resources for children/adolescents that have been victims of neglect and/or abuse in the Pikes Peak Region. ***See this link https://www.casappr.org/the-hanger/ for acceptable items/more information on the PHENOMENAL work they are doing! The evening will consist of a 60 minute Hatha/Power sequence by Christy Cole, (Urban Veggie) and then some FANTASTIC local vendors/businesses will be providing giveaways to keep the good vibes flowing! In alignment with COS Vegan Restaurant Week 2021— Deeeeee-licious Food will be available for purchase before and after our flow (5-8pm) from The Joint Vegan Street Food! *Who are generously donating a portion of their proceeds to CASA! ***Good flow. Good friends. Good food. Good music. Good for you. Good for your community. It’s simply all good. *Bring your mat, a friend, a donation, a water bottle, an appetite, and a smile!!!
