We are a weekly jam trio looking to add a swing violinist familiar with gypsy and swing style. We are intermediate players (2 guitars/bass)looking to expand our swing repertoire. We work on the Django Reinhardt catalog and American songbook tunes such as: Lady Be Good I can’t give you anything but love Sweet Georgia Brown All of Me After you’ve gone This is not a performing group but a study group looking to build our skills in this genre. It is a chance to polish your licks and work out improvs for other jams. We meet in the afternoons, usually Tues or Thurs for a few hours and work on a set list. If you want to have a great practice group and enjoy a stress free jam this is your place.
