Lil' Italy Pop-up Dinner and Drinks Event Featuring Primo Bartending School Alumni, 21 Plus Event. We are so excited to return to the farm, and this time we are transforming it into Little Italy, raising funds for Mistletoes Shoedrive, and helping our graduates attain real world experience. Our Dream of educating, training, and employing is finally coming to fruition. We have worked so hard to blend our catering company with our bartending school and we just couldn't be happier! Join us for either a 5:30pm reservation or 7:30pm reservation ( $10/person reservation fee) to enjoy a " Farm to Table" 4-course dinner ( Lil' Italy Style) in the greenhouse with your favorite fr-amily -$29.99 per person dinner cost, $10 reservation fee is not included in dinner cost. Each Table reservation is reserved for 4 guests. Three Different Alumni will be shaking up their best signature cocktails with also a full bar selection. When you reserve your table you are supporting local graduates to better understand the hospitality field and gain real world experience. What's on the Menu? $29.99 Prefix Meal ( substitutions kindly declined) Dinner will begin promptly at 5:45pm so please arrive on time. * Fresh handmade Italian bread ( made onsite in our pizza oven) served with our outstanding Dipping Oil blend and antipasto. * Seasonal vegetable medley and mixed green salad with House Dressing * Vegetable Stuffed Mushrooms * (Served Family Style) Primo Stuffed Chicken Breast, stuffed with prosciutto, provolone, and spinach with a white wine garlic sauce topped with mozzarella cheese and balsamic glaze. Nona's Lasagna; a Primo family staple recipe made with a pork and beef blend , 4 layer lasagna, whipped ricotta cheese, mozz cheese and parmesan, drenched with Nona's iconic Primo family red sauce. Served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes, and roasted vegetables. *Delicate Italian Dessert, with a visit from The NONA COCKTAIL CART for the perfect Limoncello! Guests will be guided to the fire pits after dinner to enjoy the farm and drinks. Cash or CC is accepted. Proceeds from the bar sales will be donated to Mistletoes Shoe Drive!
