Sips and Sun Salutations @ the Boochyard! Sip some booch while being guided through a morning yoga flow by Katie (@KatieMermaidYoga) from The Traveling Yoga Studio (@the.TravelingYogaStudio)! We will have a variety of local vendors popping up at the Boochyard so you can Sip, Sun Salutation, then Shop! Included is the 60 min Foundational Vinyasa Style Flow- incorporating meditation, breathwork, and Sun Salutations- & a pint of Local Roots Kombucha (both hard and non-alcoholic kombucha options).
