Seeking property caretaker and maintenance for a 10 acre property in Ridgeland, MS. Full-Time, paid weekly Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Mowing and lawn care Mending fences Pond maintenance Help with animals when out of town Take care of garden Basic plumbing skills a plus Basic carpentry skills a plus Power washing Misc. minor house projects Coordinating with subcontractors on major projects Cleaning gutters Taking trash to street for collection Generally keeping the home and grounds looking tidy and in working order Equipment provided. Ability to solve problems, complete projects and work with little supervision required. excellent time management skills a must. Paid vacation after six months.
