College exams can be very different from ones in high school, especially considering how many students may not have had in-person exams for a long time because of the pandemic. This workshop will present the test-taking strategies that can help students learn a specifc method to use during exams, as well as relaxation techniques to support students who experience test anxiety that affects their performance.

Students who attend will be able to use the process of elimination for multiple-choice exam questions Students who attend will be able to understand how to prepare themselves for an exam besides studying the material Students who attend will be able to commit to trying a relaxation technique to manage their anxiety before their next exam.
