Presented by: Peer Mentor, Laurel Geist, Health Psychology - PT Pathway '24 College exams can be very different from ones in high school, especially considering how many students may not have had in-person exams for a long time because of the pandemic. This workshop will present the test-taking strategies that can help students learn a specifc method to use during exams, as well as relaxation techniques to support students who experience test anxiety that affects their performance.
