Horse Drawn Wagon Rides to see Halloween Decorated houses As part of the Village of East Syracuse Parks & Recreation Department's Halloween House Lighting Contest, Take a Horse Drawn Wagon Ride thru the Village and see all the decorated houses. Rides will depart and return from Ellis Field Park , 500 McCool Ave. Hot Chocolate, cider and donuts will be served.
