Athletes Wanted! Crew Chiefs: $20+ | Crew: $15+ employment type: full-time We are not your typical "moving company", we are college educated young men who choose active physical labor and working with others whom we respect over sitting behind a desk and staring at a computer. If this sounds like you, please reach out to us! We are looking to immediately fill full-time positions for courteous, enthusiastic, and hard working Crew Chiefs. Our team comes from a variety of backgrounds, but what we share in common is: - Strong work ethic - Customer service attitude - Desire to get the job done right, the first time As a Crew Chief, you are THE cog that makes this company run. We ask a lot of our guys, but we have some great benefits and a great group of movers who work hard, kick butt and take names. Crew Chief Daily Responsibilities include: - Main point of contact for the customer on the day of the move - Managing your crew (can range from 1-5 movers) - Driving and loading our trucks (16' and 26' box trucks) - Completing paperwork, collecting payment from customer As a Crew Member, you are on the front lines every day, working with our Crew Chiefs to provide the best moving experience possible to our customers. Crew Daily Responsibilities include: - Physically able to lift 100+ pounds frequently and consistently through the day, as well as maintain a brisk working pace. - Follow all directions from Crew Chiefs. - Pack, pad and other various moving services for customer belongings. - Maintain a positive customer service attitude at all times. All Applicants must: -Be available to work weekends -Have a valid drivers license -Be athletic, enthusiastic, and punctual -Have a can-do, customer service focused attitude -Be well mannered, courteous, and eager to help -Have ability to lift and move all types of furniture -Have clean criminal background check (CORI) -Pass a drug test
