As real estate professionals, we strive to further enhance this dynamic. Our day to day is split between brokerage and development. We have several ongoing projects in New Orleans and are always looking for additional opportunities. —Who are we looking for? We are seeking a full-time handyman to oversee our property management and maintenance. This position is a full time position with ben + burka. Prior experience in construction, maintenance, or property management is highly preferred. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, as well as the ability to fix common maintenance issues. —Duties: The position requires candidates to perform daily labor and maintenance tasks such as: leak repairs, plumbing issues, daily maintenance of properties, basic appliance maintenance, installing/uninstalling signage, other items. —Qualifications: Strong familiarity and proficiency with handiwork + maintenance, excellent verbal communication, superior time management and organizational skills, high school diploma or equivalent, proven professionalism regarding sensitive information. —Experience: Handiwork + Maintenance + Construction, 5+ years (preferred) —Paid Training: Yes —Typical hours offered: Weekdays, 9 AM - 5 PM (schedule can be flexible) —Compensation: Compensation commensurate with experience
