Join us for a wonderful evening of learning the Neuroscience of Slow Yoga for creating a life of resilience!
In this workshop, you'll become familiar with the nervous system and how it is affected by our lifestyle and past traumatic events. You'll also develop an awareness of the internal states of the body during yoga practice and experience the six key processes of a resilient yoga practice: mindful movement, breathing practices, meditation, awareness of values/ethical engagement, spiritual development and service.
