This class will be a fun, educational workshop to learn all the intricacies of making nutrient dense baby food
This class is for the mamas and papas who are looking to go above and beyond for their babies. I will be working with Stevie from The Harlow House Homestead on teaching you concepts about maximizing the nutrition in the food you prepare for your baby. The BONUS... you will be able to bring home some foods for your baby to start right away (or freeze for when you are ready).
In this class we will be discussing and preparing:
broth, which is a base for many foodsbutternut squash with cinnamon and coconut oilasparagus with egg yolkswhite beans with brothchicken liver with egg yolks and brothblueberries and avocado
Daphne is a food passionista, farm girl wanna-be, and registered, yet Unconventional Dietitian. She has worked in a variety of clinical nutrition settings before deciding to start her private practice. Daphne's practice is focused on three things -
1. Helping you determine what foods work best for you,
2. Helping you learn how to prepare foods that support your body, and
3. Helping you fit these foods into your lifestyle.
These Cooking Experiences allow you to practice and taste new foods that may just be exactly what you have been looking for.
