Ideal candidate must have experience in all areas of screen-printing and be motivated to grow with the company. Pay is negotiable and based on experience and skill set. Requirements: • 5 years of screen-printing experience (equipment & hand) • Textile or paper printing. (tight registration) • Reclaiming, inspecting, preparing & coating of screens • Color matching a plus • Ability to monitor own work • Have reliable transportation • Managing films • Keeping work space clean and organized • Communicating with others in the shop when there are screen issues
