NO EGOs. There is always a better way, something to learn. + Take pride in your work. + Eye for detail and doing things right. From French drains to finish carpentry. + Show up ON TIME. No drama. No guys who have "emergencies" weekly. + Reliable transportation. + NO PHONES ON THE JOBSITE. We work shorter shifts to optimize production, minimize burnout, avoid traffic, and have quality of life outside of work. Cash paid weekly. 1st shift: 7:00 am - 1:00 pm (6 hour shift) 2nd shift: 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm (6 hour shift) 3rd shift: 12:00 am - 7:00 am (7 hour shift)
