Looking for individuals, ages 18-60 who have PTSD and are interested in participating in research at the New York State Psychiatric Institute. The study uses a procedure called "sphenopalatine ganglion block", which is sometimes used to treat migraines. After the procedure, 8 weeks of remote therapy for PTSD is provided.
