Machine Operator - Winston-Salem We are currently looking for experienced Machine Operators to join our team who can excel in our fast-paced, high performing team- oriented environment at our facilty located at 8080 North Point Blvd, Winston-Salem, NC • Starting Wage: $16.36/hr with shift premiums of.25/.38 for second and third shift • 2nd shift, 3pm–11pm or 3rd shift, 11pm–7am • This position requires you to be open to working any shift, Monday-Friday with some Saturday shifts • No experience? Successful candidates will have the following: • Ability to work any shift, Monday-Friday with some Saturday shifts. • Ability to recognize the importance of safety in the workplace, follow safety rules, utilize appropriate safety equipment and report unsafe conditions to the appropriate administrator. • Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific directions, operate hand tools, and other duties as assigned. • Excellent communication skills. • Maintain housekeeping excellence. • Must be able to lift, push or pull ~ 50 pounds on a routine basis • Walk, stand, bend and kneel throughout a shift. • Maintain a clean and organized work space. • Ability to read a tape measure and have basic math and computer skills.
