The Black Leadership Advisory Council began when four Black leaders in the city identified a need to better connect Black people in SATX. Join The Black Leadership Advisory Council (BLAC) as they present their quarterly Network Mixer to bring together the Black Leaders of San Antonio. BLAC is an assembly of leaders within the community who collaborate to benefit the Black communities in San Antonio.
