Qualifications Cabinet installation: 3 years (Preferred) Plumbing knowledge: Installation of sinks, faucets, shower systems, tubs and toilets Tile work knowledge (Prefeed) Installation of flooring, backsplash, showers and tub surrounds Electrical work: Installation of can lights, decorative light fixtures, running new switches and dimmers US work authorization (Preferred) California Drivers License (Required) Basic Function: To remodel kitchen, bathrooms and flooring as assigned by project lead. Installer will travel to customers' homes and perform remodelations per the contract. Scope of Responsibility: Efficiently carry out installation related duties in a professional, workmanlike manner. Ensure that all duties are completed within the time frame prescribed by the foreman and/or field supervisor. Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain a high level of cleanliness & organization Possess knowledge of products and materials including best practices for installation Maintain a full set of production tools Have the ability to move and use ladders and power equipment, ladders up to 32’ Have a clear understanding of carpentry procedures according to the New Life Kitchen and Bath Standards & Procedures The Installer is to monitor attendance, appearance, language, proper use of equipment for yourself and other crew members in the absence of a foreman It is the carpenter’s responsibility to help foreman train all Trainees & Apprentices according to the New Life Kitchen and Bath Standards & Procedures Prioritize customer satisfaction and assist with customers’ questions and concerns on the job-site in absence of foremen.
