Learn self-care practices that quiet the mind and soothe the body by regulating the autonomic nervous system and its response to stress. Bring a yoga mat or blanket, a pillow, and an open mind. We strive to provide a safe space for relaxing and letting go of tension. Led by Jessica Lohrey, C-IAYT, E-RYT 500.
