All successful applicants will also be a part of our Snow and Ice Management teams. Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent preferred. Employee has a complete understanding and ability to operate and utilize the proper equipment/materials/supplies that are needed to complete any and all landscaping projects and services. ICPI Certification, certified SRW installer, both required. A valid Driver's License and a valid DOT health card are required. Machine experience including, but not limited to Bobcat Products and Excavator. Experience with landscaping construction required. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift seventy-five pounds from floor level to a height of 5 feet and carry said weight for up to 100 feet in distance. Must be free of any chronic or permanent medical condition that would prevent and employee from meeting our physical requirements. Job Summary: Can handle all aspects of our day-to-day operations (both landscaping and winter snow and ice management), including, but not limited to, material procurement, equipment allocation and equipment maintenance. Is capable and willing to accurately comply with all paperwork requirements, including mobile landscaping software. Job duties include: • Build from start to finish walls, patios, walkways, steps, outdoor kitchens, firepits, shed pads, etc. (interior stone work a plus). • Experience with heights, pitches, drainage, grading and reading plans. • Granite work (steps, seats) a plus. • Eye for design and ability to recognize when a plan needs adjustment. • Communicate professionally with customers. • Lead crews on larger projects. • Perform work in an environment where safety is a priority. • Plowing required during winter season. • Desire to be part of the team and flexible to be pulled off a job when necessary to meet the needs of the business.
