Seeking Musicians for Indie / Alt Rock Project

I am looking for folks in their 20s-30s who have experience on the stage and in studio, as well as are respectful collaborators to all involved. Looking to put together a band that tours up and down the east coast to start, as well as records on a regular basis. Primarily looking for guitar, bass, drums, and keys, but always love collaborating with pedal steel and string players. While my goal is to have a full-time consistent lineup, I am still open to any musicians who may be interested in working with me as a side-project. A few influences of mine include Petty, Springsteen, Minus the Bear, Death Cab for Cutie, Any Jack White Project, Sigur Ros, The War on Drugs, Anais Mitchell, The National, Biffy Clyro, The Mars Volta, Future Islands, St Vincent, Garbage, Deftones, Land of Talk, Pearl Jam, PJ Harvey, Beck, Grace Potter & The Nocturnals, The Cure, Circa Survive, Wolf Alice, and Peter Gabriel.
