general move / getting settled type of help

i just moved and i could use some help. i’m an exhausted white male with bad knees and am recovering from covid. basically i’m looking for some friendly grunt-work who will move, lift, clean, remove and put things away. i decide what needs to be done, you’re the muscle that does it. preferably would like to hire someone who is also gay or at least supports our community. respond with wage requirements and we can discuss what’s fair. thanks you!
