• Experience Level 2+ years - 90% Traveling - Midwest States • OSHA 10 required. First AID and CPR required. • Heavy Equipment Operation Certifications (i.e. Skid steer, Excavator, Trencher, Roller and Plate Compactors, Concrete Mixers, etc.) • Additional Certifications (I.e. Welding, Electrical, Tower Technician, Climbing, Rigging and Rescue, any other applicable certifications) • Personal Tool bag / Toolbox • Capable of executing a Tailgate Meetings and General Reporting (I.e. expense reports, daily updates, photos for close-out) • Valid Driver’s License • Decent Driving Record to be approved by Company Auto Insurance • Capable of pulling trailers and heavy equipment. • Basic Knowledge in Computer Reporting and Applications • Necessary math skills (i.e geometry, measurements) • Ability to read and understand construction drawings, typicals, and specifications.
