Description

The mission of the Binder is to apply thin strips of plastic to the slot routed around the edge of the guitar body. This provides an aesthetically pleasing accent to the guitar, as well as protects the edge from damage. Full-time 7:00 - 3:30 $15/hour $500 bonus after 90 days 1 week paid vacation after 1 year Essential Functions: -Learn and execute standard operating procedures. -Must be able to lift, move, and bind a guitar. -After training is complete, a binder will bind to the required output according to production demands. -95% pass rate based on production requirements. -Understands and meets quality standards Required Skills/Abilities: -Strong attention to detail. -Outstanding time management skillset with the ability to prioritize without direct supervision. -Ability to work as part of a team. -This role is physically demanding on back, arms, shoulders, hands and wrists. Education and Experience: -Results oriented and driven, with a track record for delivering to plan. -Must be 18 years of age or older.
