Learn nifty tricks and techniques including salami ribbon, salami roses, kiwi flowers, and many other ways to cut and arrange cheeses. Wine Sommelier will help your pair the perfect wines with your creation. Charcuterie Class Includes: 1 board, 3 types of cheese, 2 types of meat, 2 jams, fruits, crackers, olives, pickles, and wine tasting. Feeds 2-3 people $120 per person Purchase your $120 ticket and bring a friend for an additional $30 and share a board. ($30 payable at Hampshire Hills) Enjoy your board at the establishment when class is over, or wrap it up and take it home!
