A Carnival to Remember The upcoming fundraising event is intended for the ARC Migrant Women & Children of the Rio Grande Valley. The fundraising event is called "A Carnival to Remember," held in the large amusement park, Schlitterbahn Beach Waterpark at South Padre Island (SBW) here in South Texas. This event will take place over several days, three to be exact, to host this spectacular Carnival celebration.
