*How To Apply* Creative Works is seeking a craftsman who can find their way around a woodshop easily and utilize any hand/power tool for completing wood projects. We have multiple jobs that we manufacture on a daily basis and need someone who is good with multitasking, doing repetitive tasks, has attention to detail, and has used sanders, drills, saws, CNC machines, etc. Our finished products are installed all over the USA and sometimes abroad. *Duties & Responsibilities* -Taking cut parts from the CNC tables and building them according to build sheets and detailed instructions -Use of hand tools such as sanders, palm routers, and staplers to construct props -Applications of finishing materials such as laminate, wood veneer, edge banding, and t molding -Use of hardware fasteners such as corner braces, screws, dowels, corner bolts, biscuits, etc. to join wood and plastics *Job Requirements* -Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years in production/construction environment -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment -Must be able to lift 50lbs *Keys to success* -Organization -Attention to detail -Process Oriented -Demonstrate logical reasoning and thoughtful insights when it comes to problem-solving *Relatable Job Experience* -Homebuilding/renovations -Furniture building -Custom cabinetry -Trim work -Crown molding -Woodworking *Pay & Benefit* -Job Type: Full-Time Hourly Non-Exempt (45+ hours weekly) -Hours: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM Monday -Thursday (Friday overtime is a possibility based on production timelines and deadlines) -Salary: $18.50-23.00 per hour based on experience -Medical, dental, vision, life, ancillary, & pet insurance coverage opportunities available -Financial wellness program available -401K opportunities available (Standard Safe Harbor Match) -Generous PTO Plan as well as paternity & maternity time and several paid holidays Equal Opportunity Employer Creative Works is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
