Picone Construction Corporation - est. 1931 Buffalo's oldest and most respected Commercial General Contractor is seeking qualified applicants to fill the position of Project Superintendent in the Syracuse Area. Requires minimum of 5 years prior Commercial General Contractor Superintendent experience. Job Specifics: Experienced in all major work items and trade work involved in a Commercial Construction Project Comprehension of Project Plans and Specifications Proactive Attitude and Great Organizational Skills Tactful Communicator Project Scheduling Knowledge Supervision of PCC Trade Workers, Project Subcontractors & Suppliers Coordination with Owners, Architects & Engineers Self-Performed Trade Work - Layout, Demo, Concrete & Carpentry work Basic Computer Skills required - Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook Software Previous Retail Work experience a plus Reply with resume to: [email protected]
