A hot lunch is included! About Chase Law Chase Law is the President and CEO of Arts Council of Winston-Salem & Forsyth County. Ms. Law has more than 19 years of experience working in the non-profit sector. Prior to moving to Winston-Salem in December 2020, she lived and worked in Charlotte, where she quickly emerged as a leader in the arts and cultural non-profit community. Ms. Law joined Blumenthal Performing Arts in 2015, after leading philanthropy at Discovery Place. In addition, she previously served in a senior position at Charlotte’s Arts and Science Council, as Executive Director at Carolinas Concert Association, and as Development Director at Community School of the Arts, all based in the Charlotte area. Prior to her career in the non-profit sector she lived in New York City, where she was an actor/singer/dancer. The daughter of a musician and a visual artist, Chase has spent her entire life surrounded by the arts. Ms. Law is no stranger to the Triad. She grew up in Asheboro, is a 1997 graduate of High Point University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Arts - Performance/Acting, with a minor in music; and she married her husband at St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church here in Winston-Salem almost 24 years ago. Both her husband, Ron, and daughter, Chloe, are deeply involved in the arts as well, and have already started participating in the arts scene and theatre community in Winston-Salem. Chase currently serves board of the Downtown Winston-Salem Partnership and the Women’s REACH advisory board. Chase is thrilled to be in living in Winston-Salem and working to continue making the arts and cultural sector thrive in our community. About Arts Council of Winston- Salem and Forsyth Council Arts Council is the chief advocate of the arts and cultural sector in Winston-Salem and Forsyth County. Their goal is to serve as a leader in lifting up, creating awareness and providing support to grow and sustain artistic, cultural and creative offerings throughout our region.
