German Shepard dog, from Germany with papers

One year old German Shepard, bought in Europe while stationed there. She is up to date with shots and has papers from Italy. Her parents are from Germany. She is fixed and has basic obedience. I have invested a lot of money into her and there is a rehoming fee of 1k. She is a great dog but I am a 100% disabled veteran and can not spend a lot of time exercising her, due to my chronic pain and back issues. I also thought we would be in Texas on a large property on return, but the army decided we were going here instead where we can barely afford a house big enough for our family let alone with a yard big enough for her.
