iso lot for drive thru stand

My fiancé and I are young Montana locals. We have been working on opening a drive thru coffee stand. We have a double window 8x12 shed already, but sadly the location we thought we were getting is bogged down in corporate bureaucracy and it looks like it will fall through. Just looking on here if there is any interest out there for us to open on your lot. Any help would be appreciated, we have been working hard in this for a long time.
