FAST CASH for Replacing Wood Deck Staircase

We are ISO someone skilled in carpentry who can replace the wood staircase (approximately 10-12 2' wide stairs) and banister on our deck. Also would like this someone to reinforce one of the main cross beams underneath one end of the deck due to rotting of the beam. We do not want to tear the whole deck down or rebuild, we're wanting someone who knows what they're doing, can work quickly and is willing to work for some fast cash to help us make our deck safe and presentable until we sell in the next year. Wood will be painted not stained. Only estimates for these specific services will be considered, looking to hire ASAP, job pays CASH.
