need help with plumbing

Hey there. I have a duplex in NE Portland, and my contractor installed new plumbing in my bathrooms. Yesterday I noticed that the bathtub faucets are all loose, not fastened to the wall properly. I have a carpenter working on site who opened up the wall behind the bathtubs and now we can see that the original contractor had no idea what he was doing, and I need all new faucets to hook up to the pex.
