Accurate Coating is hiring FULL TIME and PART TIME parts loaders/packagers/ inspectors/operators for extended 1st shift operation that could span (6:30 am-8pm). Work 8-10 hours a day in either early or late parts of the day. Our work mix kept us running at 60% even during the COVID19 shutdowns. We are a specialty e-coater located 1 mile south of downtown Grand Rapids close to downtown colleges. Work is moving on your feet and entails lifting container up to 40lbs but 95% are less than 20 lbs. Unpackaging parts and placing them on coating racks that involves some finger strength(dexterity) to clip parts on. After coating parts are unclipped, visually inspected and then repackaged. Abilities required reading work instructions, understanding verbal instructions and may have some degree of accurate written record keeping. Actual job tasks may vary, involves continuous movement and may include learning helping in other aspects of the manufacturing operation. The working environment is clean. PART-TIME: Hourly wage : $12.00 to $13.00 /hour Depending on hours worked, experience and aptitude of individual with further increases possible. AFTER SCHOOL: 3 PM to 7 PM (3 or 4 hour shift) : Hourly wage $13.00 /hour. FULL TIME: Hourly wage : $13.00 -$ 14.00 start Depending on experience and aptitude, 4-6 week review based on performance, Special considerations($) are made for experience and motivation of individual in becoming a team leader.
