Need Microsoft Word Font Created from PNG Files

Hi, I'm seeking someone that can turn Custom letters that are in PNG file format into a working Font that I can use in Microsoft Word, art programs, etc. I want to be able to form words, make sentences, biz cards, type up letters, create titles, logos, posters, and other artwork, etc. with this font This font will need to be compatible with different word and office programs and art and illustration programs. I will need to be able to change Sizes, Bold, Highlight, Outline, Change Colors, etc. with this font. You must be willing to sign a release form which will be notarized at Huntington Bank in order to be able to do the project. You will be paid once I can see the Font is working to my satisfaction in different programs. May lead to future projects. Hit me up with an estimate.
