Description
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Two onsite resident managers required to manage a self-storage facility. Couples only.
• Office hours 10am-6pm M-F, 9am-2pm Saturdays. On-call for emergencies.
• One bedroom apartment provided with paid utilities.
JOB DUTIES
• Accept and process unit rental applications
• Process customer payments and billing
• Generate reports and manage computer and gate system
• Oversee maintenance, schedule repairs, cleaning, and general upkeep of facility
• Coordinate quarterly auctions
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• Sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills required. Will train on software.
• General maintenance/repair experience useful
