Tai Chi – Beginner (TCA 1) Sun (soon) Style Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention as well as overall health and wellness. Slow and gentle movements to improve mobility, flexibility and balance, increase muscular strength, and reduce stress. Includes Qigong movements to enhance the flow of circulation. Students participate at their comfort level and modify as needed.
